Residential Masterplanning

The members of Carve Architecture have many years’ experience in Masterplanning. We have worked with many of the country’s leading housebuilders, on schemes from two up to several thousand dwellings. We can provide initial feasibility layouts, through planning housing layouts to detailed construction layouts and house type designs, working with a particular client’s accommodation mix requirements.

We have recently worked on a number of feasibility layouts, in partnership with +PlusUD, in various locations across Yorkshire and the North East. Each site has also included a complex set of constraints, including services, existing landscape and proximity of existing dwellings. Each scheme is accompanied by a detailed accommodation schedule, ensuring the correct client mix and density is achieved.
