As a best first step, we would recommend that we come and see the property and meet with you. We can chat about your requirements and aspirations, and also consider some of the possibilities and constraints. We will be able to talk you through the process from survey, through initial ideas and statutory approvals, to construction. From this initial free consultation, we will be able to put together a fee proposal for our work going forward.

DROP-IN DESIGN SESSIONS

On the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, we offer free drop-in consultation sessions at our York office. No need to book, just call in between 09.30 and 16.30 and we will be happy to discuss your project with you.
