Chapel Farm, Flawith

This development of 5 luxury family homes already had planning approval when our client bought the site. The site is long, with a relatively narrow frontage, and the proposals are for generous high quality houses and gardens. We have worked to revise the planning application, to finetune some elements to our client’s particular needs. We have then undertaken the Technical Design for the houses and the site. We have been working closely with the contractor to ensure smooth progress on site.

Works have started on site and we expect completion in 2025
