Feasibility Studies

We often work with our clients to investigate the possibilities individual sites offer. These have ranged anywhere from a development plot for a single residential dwelling to larger sites, looking at student accommodation. We will analyse a site’s context to advise on appropriate land-use, scale, massing and materials.

We will examine local and national Planning Policy, together with recent Planning precedents to better inform the proposals of a site. These feasiblity studioes have been used by our Clients to ascertain the viability of a site, or to present to borrowers or prospective purchasers to maximise the value of the site. Every site is unique, and we take great heed of the surrounding context to reccommend the best approach for any given site.
